ANNOUNCEMENT: New Head of School at Kennedy House - Emma Joanne Slater

Kennedy House entered an exciting new chapter in its leadership journey this term.

After nearly twenty years at the helm, founder Francie Charters is stepping down as Head of School. Francie built Kennedy House from the ground up into a thriving international school, and she will now transition into executive administration. In her new role as Director, she will lead business operations, strategic brand development, and the long-term growth of the Kennedy House brand.

Succeeding her as Head of School is Emma Joanne Slater.

Emma brings a wealth of experience, a strong academic background, and a deep commitment to the Kennedy House community. Having served with distinction as Deputy Head for several years, she is thoroughly grounded in our school's ethos, values, and pedagogical standards. Her thoughtful approach, clear educational vision, and proven track record make her ideally placed to guide our pupils, teachers, and curriculum forward.

This transition reflects the strength and maturity of Kennedy House as an institution. With Francie guiding broader strategic growth and Emma leading day to day academic excellence, our community can look forward to continuity, stability, and continued growth in the years ahead.

Succeeding Emma Slater as Deputy Head will be Jack Woolgar.
