CURRICULUM

High Standards and A Passion for Learning

The curriculum of Kennedy House International School is based on the English National Curriculum which has been tailored enhanced to meet the needs of our diverse cohort.

Essentially, this means that in addition to the core curriculum, there are opportunities for our pupils to study Swahili, to learn about the culture, history and geography of Tanzania.

The English National Curriculum is organised into blocks of years called ‘Key Stages’ (KS).  Each Key Stage is divided into separate Year Groups.  to see which Year Group and Key Stage your child would fit into, please refer to the table below.

You can use the menu bar at the top of the page to navigate to our sections detailing each Key Stage in more detail.  For more information on the English National Curriculum, please visit the UK Goverment's website.
